Elms Park planning application

The developers have submitted a planning application to build 4,115 houses to the north west of Cheltenham. The houses are to be built principally in the parishes of Swindon and Elmstone Hardwicke. The planning application is currently being processed (it will run to hundreds of pages) and will then be available to the public. At the request of the planning inspector leading the JCS enquiry a "Statement of Common Ground" regarding areas to be left as green space had been agreed between Bloor and Persimmon (the prospective developers), Swindon Parish Council and Save The Countryside. Reporting issues

Report car parking, potholes, pavements, footpaths and rights of way, roads, traffic signs and traffic lights, flooding and blocked drains, dog fouling, fly posting, fly tipping, graffiti, parks, refuse, street cleaning, street lights and trees RIGHT HERE.
