The government has moved our area into Tier 4 today.
It seemed inconceivable to me that the missing gates had been stolen. The logistics involved must have been considerable, and why would anyone do it? However, sad to say that the County Council have confirmed that the gates have been spirited away by a person or persons unknown.
Tom Cook, our trainee curate, has created a QR nativity trail around the North Cheltenham area.
A number of people have noticed that there are no longer gates at the entrance to Dog Bark Lane.
Cheltenham Borough Council was seeking volunteers to assist with their roll out of the Coronavirus vaccine. There has been an overwhelming response to the appeal, so no more volunteers are needed at this time.
From 2nd December the second national coronavirus lock down will be over and we will be subject to Tier 2 rules. The government has also announced the special rules that apply during the Christmas period. They have also published making a Christmas bubble with friends and family.
Various options have been considered for making M5 junction 10 four (rather than two) way. The Parish Council held a working session via Zoom to formulate a response.
The end date for the closure has changed to Monday 23rd November. I am told it will be open by 5:00pm.
