At its meeting on 10th April 2016 the Parish Council re-elected Peter Allen as Chairman and Glenn Simpson as Vice-Chairman of the Council.
As part of the enquiry into the Joint Core Strategy (JCS) the inspector told the various parties to meet to agree a position regarding Local Green Space (LGS) around Swindon Village.
A Traffic Management Plan has been produced describing the road closures and diversions that will apply during Cheltenham Races (15th to 18th March inclusive).
Twenty-two Christmas trees and not a bauble in sight! Such was the ingenuity and originality of the tree decorators. The trees twinkled and you could feel the Christmas magic in the air. Several visitors commented that the trees were some of the best they’d seen.
From time to time odours can be detected from the land fill site or the sewage treatment works. It is important that these problems are reported to the Environment Agency by calling 0800 807060.
