A new consultation is underway considering the "JCS issues and options".

The County Council/Amey have changed the dates quoted for the closure of Hyde Lane. The closure is now supposed to be 2nd through 15th November from 7:00am to 7:00pm daily excluding weekends.

There has been controversy surrounding the ploughing of the fields adjacent to Manor Road and Stantons Drive. A number of residents have complained that the paths are being made impassable.

Western Power Distribution has been kept busy by Storm Callum in the last few days. We have been buffeted by high winds that have brought down power cables and trees.

I have received a number of complaints about the state of the footpaths off Manor Road, with walkers reporting that farming activities are making the paths unusable.

We have been told that the footpath that goes from the “D” in Hyde Lane towards the railway bridge at the back of Seasons is going to be closed temporarily.

The County Council are at last going to resurface the roundabout at Kingsditch Lane/Tewkesbury Road.

Cheltenham Borough Council are consulting on changes to their Council Tax Support Scheme. The changes are designed to reduce the council's burden in administering the scheme.
