The developer has released information on proposals for the Home Farm site in Swindon Village. The site is part of the North West Cheltenham Allocation in the Joint Core Strategy (JCS). See the developer's website for more information.

Comments are invited until 19th August. This a pre-application consultation to inform the developer's plans. The comments will not go to the Borough Council. The "proper" consultation with the Borough Council will come later.
