The County Council plans to resurface Evesham Road in May, though the dates may change.

The Swindon Road Recycling Centre has reopened but users must ONLY VISIT THE SITE ON THEIR GENERAL WASTE COLLECTION DAY.

I am saddened to report the death of Peter Piff. For many years Peter was the Chairman of the Village Hall Committee.

There have again been reports locally of people experiencing unpleasant odours. The suspicion is that the culprit is either the Wingmoor Farm land fill site or the Brockhampton sewage treatment works. It is important that these problems are reported to the Environment Agency by calling 0800 807060. The EA can collate the information and investigate the cause.

On my walk today it was very disappointing to see that our new bench in the Amenity Area off Manor Road has already attracted graffiti.
