Swindon Parish Council has submitted comments on the JCS Transport Strategy that was recently entered into the evidence base.
A local lady is hoping to go to the Derby next Saturday (3rd June). Her friend can no longer go. She wonders if anyone from the Village would be interested in meeting up at the racecourse to share the day. The greater part of Wymans Lane will be closed for resurfacing from the 3rd through the 10th April 2017.
County Council elections are being held in some electoral divisions (including ours).
The above road will be closed at the level crossing from 11pm on Saturday 8th April until 9:00am Sunday 9th April 2017 to allow for track maintenance works. Unfortunately due to the nature of the works it will not be possible to maintain pedestrian access. If anyone requires further information they should ring 08000 514514.
