Procedures and insurance

The Parish Council has a number of procedures that govern how the Council operates.

The procedures that govern the way the council operates are:

• Financial Regulations
• Social Media Policy
• Risk Management Policy

The conduct expected of individual councillors is described in the Code of Conduct. It also describes the course of action you should take if you feel a councillor is in breach of the code. Your complaint will be investigated independently of Swindon Parish Council by Cheltenham Borough Council's Monitoring Officer.
